Current terms for the all Committee and Board members of the IFRWH/FIRHF, expire in August 2000.

3. Secretary/Treasurer
4. 5 members of the Board representing different parts of the world
The President convenes the 'in-between-conference'; the vice-president convenes the conference held in conjunction with the world congress, and the secretary takes care of the newsletter and the Federation's funds.
